EAST VALLEY WATER PROJECT

Water service is now available on the west side of the Sequatchie River.

And, as you are aware, water lines are now being completed along East Valley Road north of Highway 127. {The area that is ready for service is from Herman Hickson Road north to East Valley Baptist Church.}  In order for the contractor to complete service line installations in a timely manner and to close out the project, it is necessary for you to complete your water application if you have not done so.

We have established a date of August 29th as the cut-off date for applications to be recieved for anyone who qualifies as a low-to-moderate income customers on this portion of the project ( this does not apply to residents along Kell Loop or on East Valley Road south of 127 or to customers who are not low income).
Residents who qualify according to grant guidelines could receive a tap and service line at no cost.
